Monday - Thursday: 6am - 8pm
Friday: 6am - 7pm
Saturday: 7am - 5:30pm
Sunday: 9am to 5:30pm


This timetable includes an even range of 30, 45 and 60 minutes classes and
introduces beginner’s classes for those that are not familiar with some workouts.

Outdoor Fitness Camp
Participate in the Sporties Gym Outdoor Fitness Camp, run by our experienced instructors and get results with our 'fun' programs specially designed to reduce fat and increase fitness.

Starts 20 February, 4 weeks, 3 days a week

Les Mills CXWORX™
Based on cutting-edge scientific research, this program is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques and 'slings' connecting the upper and lower body, this workout will leave you looking great and feeling strong!

Powerhouse Pilates
Pilates exercises creates awareness of breathing and alignment of the spine whilst strengthening the deep torso muscles. It focuses on the muscles that support the skeletal system and act as the powerhouse of the body. The basic principles of Pilates are: A - Alignment, B - Breathing and C - Core Control.

Les Mills BODYPUMP™
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 45 or 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! We have 3 classes each week, so you won't miss out!

Box Fit
A high intesity cardio workout like no other. If you're serious about your fitness, this is the one for you. You will go through upper and lower body exercise that will increase your strength and stamina, combine that with boxing and you have an explosive workout. The beginner can work at their own pace while the super fit can push themselves.
