Sporties Gym facilities include Free Weights, Circuit and Spin Room. The Circuit Room will hold the following classes across the week:

Boot Camp - 6 weeks from 8th September
Sporties Gym would like to encourage you to participate in our Boot Camp. This is a 6 week boot camp which consists of three one hour classes per week commencing at 6:00am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Participants are required to meet at the base (Moama sports club) 5 minutes early for briefing. If boot camp is at any other location participants will be given a red card with details of location in advance. Boot camp caters for all levels of fitness. Participants will be required to meet at the Moama sports club for assessments prior commencement of boot camp. Here is a list below of some of the activities that will be incorporated in boot camp.

Activities in classes will consist of  
- Stretching
- Push ups
- Sit ups
- Burpies
- Chin ups (assisted & unassisted)
- Dragging a car tire
- Crawling on hands and knees under ropes
- Carrying fence posts
- Kneeing pads
- Punching focus pads
- Running forward and backwards on training ladders
- Shuttle running- (beep test)
- Running up and down hill
- Walking fast

This is not a fashion parade so please wear comfortable attire and you must bring a Towel and drink bottle!
(Any participants that are unable to attend the Induction can do so by contacting the Moama Sports Club to make an appointment.)

Hour of Power  - New Class
This class is an intense workout - whatever your level. Incorporates core and cardio vascular training. Taken by Barry Quinlan, you are quarantined to improve your fitness level within a couple of weeks. 1hr

Body Shaper (was Power Cycle)
In this group class you will be combining resistance based training with indoor cycling with the use of barbells. You can work on strength while challenging your cardiovascular fitness. It is suitable for all levels of fitness. Women's only classes available... download our current timetable for classes.

30min Express Class - New Class
TRAIN - SHOWER - EAT
Every Tuesday and Friday 12.30pm SHARP
Bookings are essential. Place your order before class for lunch and it will be ready when you finish.

Boxing Circuit
This is a high intensity cardio workout like no other. If you're serious about your fitness this is the one for you. You will go through upper and lower body exercises that will increase your strength and stamina combine that with boxing and you have an explosive workout. The beginner can work at their own pace while the super fit can push themselves.

30/30
This is a great class that will fire up the whole body working on the abdominals and combining that with boxing and indoor cycling. This is a full body workout that will challenge your upper body and core strength, top that with a great leg conditioning workout and you have the ultimate full body workout. New and the less conditioned clients can pace themselves throughout. For the super fit you can push yourself and go for the ultimate burn.

Spin
Spin is an indoor cycling program where the instructors will take you through a very challenging ride that will include lots of sprints, interval training, mountains and mixed terrains you will leave this class feeling convinced that you have won the race of a lifetime.
