
An exciting new timetable
designed by you! The
Sporties Gym team are excited to launch the new look timetable. This timetable includes an even range of 45 and 60 minutes
classes and introduces beginner’s classes for those that are not
familiar with some workouts.
The most exciting additions though are the Les Mills BODYPUMP™ Group fitness class and Challenge Circuit Class. Challenge
Circuit Class is not for the faint hearted. This advanced class is
based on our Bike & Box (previously 30/30) work-out which includes
both indoor cycling and boxing but is escalated for those that are
super-fit. Les
Mills BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your
entire body. This 45 or 60 minute workout challenges all your major
muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats,
presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your
choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
We have 6 classes each week, so you won't miss out!.
BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE WE WANT YOU! Now that the weather is a little warmer we want you off the couch and away from the television!
Kick
start your fitness for spring with one of our Boot Camp Challenges.
Call of duty is at 6am, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 4 weeks.
It's a great way to get fit or lose that extra winter weight you may of
gained as it includes, running, push-ups, sit-ups, pulling car tyres,
punching focus pads, crawling and heaps more!

Opening Hours
Monday - Thursday: 6am - 8pm, Friday: 6am - 7pm, Saturday: 7.30am - 4pm. Sunday: 9.15am to 5pm.
